Ever Kicked Rebar?

So, I was just walking down the street the other day talking to some friends. However, I stopped looking down for a few seconds, and it was too late. I had tripped over some stationary object sticking out of the ground. This country is known for pipes and rebar and junk just sticking out of the street. Well, after nearly 3 months of being cautious, I slipped up, receiving a bloody toe. I have completed the first week of teaching and have one more to go. After that, I have about two weeks until I return home. I'm excited to share some stories, I have a few. I got to expreience some in country, country life the other day. Thoughts out to people we are talking to, many people are speaking English I am in contact with. I've had some good conversations lately about many topics in English. This next week is equally important. Please, think about me as I get to know the people here and share stories w/ them. Security has tighted up some w/ some more action happening in this part of the world, but it's all good.
